This just happened to me at work. I was trying to input something on a new computer program. The lady I talked to, a VERY WELL PAID LADY, was doing it along w/me. Okay she says type in Training 0 / 0.......okay, so I did, nothing. She then says, oh my fault I meant Training then the character above the 5
