Our primary goal and the reason we are here is because our drinking has become unmanageable. Period.
We all have our different ways and ideas and beliefs as to how we choose to go about changing our habits etc (as I'm sure YOU do yourself). Don't let other's distract YOU from your goals.
Personally I'm not one for organised religion yet I still have a respect for those that have a strong faith. I could very easily, myself, run riot in the "What we believe" section if I so choose to but I don't and I never will. I am comfortable with my own beliefs and methods at present to keep me sober without the need to feed my ego by defending them. Each to their own.

My tradition is Catholic, by the way.
God likes me to laugh as much as I can.
