    1. Deposit 400 bricks in an empty room.
    2. Drop respective applicants off in said room and close the door.
    3. Leave applicants in said room for approximately 6 hours.
    4. Analyze the situation.


    If bricks have been counted, applicant should be directed to “Accounting”.
    • If bricks have been counted several times, applicant is suitable for “Revision”.
    • If bricks have been randomly spread across the room, applicant goes to “Research and Development”.
    • If bricks seem to be arranged in an illogical system, applicant goes to “Planning”.
    • If there is evidence of bricks having been thrown around, applicant goes to “Mid-level Management”.
    • If you find the applicant asleep he goes to “Security”.If the bricks have been decimated into small fragments, applicant goes to “IT”.If you find applicant idly sitting around, he goes to “HR”.If applicant has already left upon your return, he goes to “Marketing”.If applicant stares intently out the window, he goes to “Strategic Planning”.If no brick has been moved and the applicant talks to himself animatedly while gazing into a mirror, he is fit for “Top Management”.
