take a shovel, blankets or sleeping bag, extra clothing including scarf hat and gloves,
24 hours food supply, 5kg of rock salt, a torch or lantern with spare batteries, road
flares and reflective triangle, a tow rope, 5 gallon can of petrol, a first aid kit and
jump leads.
