As passengers are getting settled on a plane, a man notices a woman who keeps sneezing. After each sneeze she trembles noticeably for about a minute. After watching her for a few minutes and seeing her repeat the sneezing and trembling, he could no longer contain his curiosity. He leaned over and asked,”I notice that you tremble after you sneeze. Have you always been like that?”
“I have a rare condition”, the woman replied. “When I sneeze, I have an orgasm right away.”
“Oh my God” said the man, “are you taking something for it?”
“Yes.” she replied. “Pepper.”
