Hey Dayzee, feel free to pm anytime. Hi y'all to every else! I was out of town for a few days, sorry if I am slow getting back. I am up to 50mg for 4 days now, pretty good. No serious side effects to report. A little tingle here and there in my toes, rarely fingers, occasional tiredness in the afternoons, no cognitive impairment as of yet. I think I will keep it at 50 for a while. It seems to be pretty effective in taking the cravings away. I have had several af nights since begining, and have been able to moderate pretty well. Not saying it's the definite end, just a good begining I am also listening to the hypno tapes and taking the supps. Good luck!
