Like you, I felt good and optimistic and then spent too much time off and out with friends. I know better than to sit around where people are drinking. Not ready for that, yet.

Didn't get plastered but sitting here depressed and with a headache because I can't sleep knowing I drank way more than I should have.

Not going to let it get me down, though!! Just learn from it and go on.

I agree with happycamper68 it was just a little slip you should do what one cute kid said to his mum (sorry - cant remember who it was who posted the story) in a similar situation - you should just "minus a day".

I bought a portable navigation system, do you think it'll help get up the mountain without as many bumps!!!???? Gosh wish there was an easy way to do this, but it took alot of "work" to get here, it'll take us alot to get out of it! I think Star, like you said, we just have to keep pleading and praying...I have you on my prayer list, you don't know it, but I've asked the Big Guy all week to be with you and I both...I said it and declared it in the grocery store parking lot even....lol....you put me on your list too, and e-mail me private anytime!
