      You didn't let anyone down. Pick yourself up & be proud you did 40 days. Know now that it can be done.

      Kit-listen to that little voice down inside. It knows what you need to do. Listen to it, nurture it, love it-it'll give you the strength to make the right decision. Above all-love yourself. You're the only you you have. You deserve to be happy.

        Going, Going, Gone!!!

        Kitty, you did a great job of staying sober for 40 days. You can do it again, especially if you are in a place where you feel safe. Slips are things we can learn from, even if they feel discouraging at the time. I know, having had my share!

        Keep on keeping on, Kitty, you are going to be okay!
