My daisies are blooming! Orange, yellow and white Namaqualand Daisies (indigenous here)

It's winter here so not much in veg garden except lettuce, spinach, brocolli and cabbage. Oh and peas are coming too. My sweetpeas are doing well, can't wait for the flowers!

My winter bulbs seem a bit slow but I'm waiting patiently.

Yay to growing!

I think I will grow weeds next year....that way I will know that everything will grow !

I made tomato basil soup this weekend using tomatoes from my garden it was delish!

I just went out and put the drip on my blueberries....I hope they make it!

My tomatoes-summer- are gone almost but we have a fall crop coming on if the heat breaks and they can flower.

Yes!!! The weeds are very healthy here too!

Kitty-Garden Kwestion

We have three lovely Kitties and my garden is quite small so they do their business almost wherever they can find a spot. I've managed to keep them away from my veggies by laying down trellises on the ground but I need more help. I've tried putting citrus peels down (read that somewhere) and no luck - at all.

Suggestions?

By the way, love the fact there are people into gardening! It's my saving grace, wish I had a farm! Lived and worked on one for 3 years.
