Star, I had a medium strength chemical peel at my doctors last year, ( it strung like hell) my whole face was crusted over and it took 2 weeks to peel away to find my new skin. ( I had to hide in my house for the 2 weeks) But the results are great!! Mine was the Obagi blue peel. I am getting another one this Nov. As for the OTC chemical peels, go for it. I have used them, and have fairly sensetive skin, they are pretty good. Oh a little info I learned from my dr. assistant on OTC chemical peels the L'oreal one is actually a product of Lancomb. So I think you can trust it. Just remember to apply your skin lotions afterwards.

Maybe I'll give one a whirl- the Loreal one? I am gonna be 39 VERY SOON and it is eating away at me. I just bought some Estee Lauder eye cream on ebay because it was so highly rated by Allure magazine.

Flip, you could try a natural alternative. Rub your face in a sheep. We have plenty. The fibre contains natural lanolin, the suint has astringent properties and the dags act as a scrub.
So simple, so natural, so environmentally-friendly - and NO animals were harmed in the process.Comment
