    Exercise Thread August 21 - Woo Hoo!

    Hello all !!! I spent most of the day in town with our 2 teenage boys and then got home around 5:00.. Took the day off and had a couple nice glasses of wine with hubby out on the porch... Very relaxing ! will hit my lil' gym tomorrow ... Hugs,

      Well done Don... keep cranking up those AF days. And hello to Niblet! You have been doing well, so we'll all let you off and you can do some ex tomorrow :b&d: , lol.
      One day at a time.. Sometimes it's one minute or one second at a time.. Most important thing is to look ahead and don't look back!
