be strong Maxman. I'm sure that was a very emotional place for you to be, but alcohol is only a temporary fix and you'll feel worse after.

    Hang in there

Yes - some days are worse than others. Good thoughts heading your way. Ride it out Maxman. You know you can.

max, if you can make yourself a good 'hearty' breakfast. Maybe go back to bed for a while? If you have a television in your room, turn it on and maybe try to relax for a couple of hours?

As you know drinking isn't going to make this any better. Be strong my friend!

A walk maybe?? Helps me, so does any sort of exercise...stay strong, I have faith in you.

              Hi maxman,
There are times, and there are times.
              Good and bad. That's life.
Breakfast and a plan for the rest of the day sounds good to me.
              I wish you well.

Your brother would be proud of you staying the course maxman, just as you`ll be of yourself.

                  Maxman,
The loss of a loved one is so hard. We are forever sadden and miss them and have a void. Try and remember the times your brother made you laugh, the good times. The times you wrestled as kids. Bring smiles to your face instead of tears to yours eyes, this is temporary...it seems like forever now, but it isn't, WE WILL SEE THEM AGAIN....you have to believe that. He is with you everywhere you go as he is in your heart and memories.

How'd you fair Max??? Was thinking of you! I know there are days we miss them so bad it truly shakes your insides. But, you can't drink that pain away. You wake-up the next day, they are still gone, you are now sick and disappointed...you feel 10 times worse than the day before. You just have to hang on!!! Hope you were able to garden...

Max, hang in there, loss is soooo hard! You know alcohol is just a depressant, so it won't lift your spirits anyway....glad its a nice day there, gardening works wonders, get some dirt under your fingernails my man! Strap on some headphones and good music or something too....drag a CD player out with you....say a prayer for strength, I lost my Dad suddendly at 54, he was my bestest pal, and we had the same jobs, I miss him tons, but I know he's upstairs, like your Bro, watching down on us, and over us, and sometimes I just holler, literally, up at the sky for help and healing...I usually feel better! We love ya, hang tight! Know you are in our thoughts and prayers!
