    Exercise Thread 26th August

    Hi everyone,

    What a great turnout yesterday! I am so glad to see people embracing positivity and increasing their energy levels and mood by exercising. I am going to go for a walk to checkout the gym today and then later i might take myself off to see "As it is in heaven"...

    Off you go everyone *insert sneaker yielding emoticon here*. Lol.
    One day at a time.. Sometimes it's one minute or one second at a time.. Most important thing is to look ahead and don't look back!

    Exercise Thread 26th August

    Wow Change- we are on opposite ends of the earth! It is 7pm on the 25th my time!!! You sound very energetic and committed-that is wonderful. I had a planned down day yesterday,(today the 25th), and today (tomorrow the 26th) I will go for a 3ish mile walk-early before it gets too hot. Then we'll swim in the afternoon. I'll let you know how it goes.

      Yahhoooo we sure did have a great turn-out yesterday !!! HEY TEX sometimes when I'm in the barn doing my first workout of the day which many of you know is scouping poop I get to have the luxury of farting and farting all I want... giggle giggle !!! cause the horses don't mind and quite frankly it doesn't smell like a patch of daisies out there anyhow !! Haaa !!! haaaa !! Let us all know how yoga goes !! I was peeing myself reading your post from yesterday. I actually got a visual ! Too funny ! Gonna find something on the TV and then do my workout. Be back a little later, Hugs,

        I'mmmm Baaaacckkk !!! PHEWW !! All showered up and rearin' ta go !! Today I added 5 minutes to my workout, so I did 45 minutes on the eliptical/bike then abdominals,and then added 10 lbs to my bowflex. Feeling Great !!! I don't vary my routine, but I don't find it boring atall.. I just vary what I watch while doing my workout. Ha !! Haa !! Today was Ghostly Encounters and then I changed channel to X-weighted.. If I didn't have TV I'm almost possitive it would be sooo difficult to get in those 45 minutes just staring at a wall... Even if I had music that wouldn't cut it ...

        I've been meaning to ask, " Amethyst, do you swim in a lake, a pool the ocean? do you do laps or swim to a certain destination like Magnum P.I. used to.. giggle giggle !! Not mocking you... I just get on a roll is all....

        So I think I'll leave my weights like they are today for atleast a few workouts to see if that agrees with me.. Same thing with the amount of time.. 45 minutes felt pretty good too.

          :H Niblet! I swim in a pool sadly, but would love an open water swim. I swim laps, and do aqua aerobics classes sometimes as well for pool work. I use the gym for classes, spin sometimes, yoga pilates sometimes, and machines. I walk on my own around my neighborhood to a greenbelt area and back.

            Well, i did Yoga yesterday and the image of somebody farting like somebody here suggested went through my head. It was quite funny, but sadly nobody did the deed.
