    Hi :new:

    Welcome MyHeart,

I, too, suffer insomnia. Instead of worrying about it, I just get that 3 to 4 hours of sleep and feel grateful for them. :H

Unfortunately, the sleep from alcohol doesn't count. Notice how you wake up when you sober up?

As for joining the rest of the nuts here, I am completely and totally sane, unlike the rest.. haha hahee, who the heck are those guys in the white coats??

Kidding aside, welcome, read the stories, read RJ's books. Consider the supps and figure out what works best for you.

We are here to help and sometimes be helped, too.

            Hi :new:

Welcome aboard My Heart. I also don't sleep much. 3 hours a night is about the best I get. Then about once a week I sleep for a day. I know I am weird, but it is working for me. Glad you are here.

              Hi :new:

              Welcome my Heart,
Yep none of us can sleep, not a one. When I am not drinking I wake up 1000 times a night, even if I have taken a sleeping pill.
Sunny days, sweeping the, clouds away. On my way, to where the air is sweeeet!!! Can you tell me how to get, how to get to......LOL

Just hand me the chocolate and.........I'll consider my position. My solicitor has advised me to say no more than that.

Well, let's just say I can relate to this song. I'm having problems at home and I'm drinking to escape the pain and misery. I'm drinking over heartache. I do wish I could fly away, but life is never that simple. I feel trapped in so many ways. My new motto is going to be "Calgon, take me away"....as opposed to the Pinot Grigio :bigwink:
