ok friends. got the topa prescription...dont have anything else yet...but will start tomorrow on 25 mg. i am excited...and a little scared..but after reading everyone's discussions...there seems to be hope. will buy the book next week and the supps but not the c.d.'s...at least not yet. hugs to all. thanks for all of the encouragement. i will keep you posted. my doc was cool and said my diagnosis was "insomnia".
