Why are you in a hotel room? do you not have a house at the moment?

I think sometimes one gets into that mode of soothing loneliness with drinking but it's so counterproductive. it's easier to deal with loneliness than a horrible hangover. and the hangover just delays doing things to improve your lot. i wonder if there are some bad things in your life that should be changed and you are using booze to avoid them instead of dealing with them.

I think you can deal with them!
