    Sounds like alcohol abuse to me!:H Just think of all the thirsty people dying for a drink somewhere... and they're just cooking it out!

    I like sugar, flour, & eggs in my cake... maybe some chokolate & vanilla...But geez!:new:

        The alcohol does bake out. I make a kick ass lime rum cake over the holidays, and when you open the oven door OH MY the smell of the alcohol will knock you down. So Don't worry Lotus and on to day 17 or is that 18 now?
