PMS and drinking
That happened to me last year-that's why for a very long time I could only get past 3 AF weeks at a time. I would just get this huge craving and I wasn't even bitchy or in a bad mood. Just a real wicked craving. And I ate like a pig!:flower: Change a life; make someone feel important. ................. ........................ ..................... ........................ ................. ....... sigpic

PMS and drinking
Breez, Do you drink at all anymore? I still drink but I guess I'm just at a point where I'm acknowledging it's becoming a problem for me. I think part of the drinking/PMS thing is craving carbs and part of it is feeling stressed and wanting to calm down.
Maxman, Ha! I can relate to what you are saying! My husband is bipolar and I drink more when he is manic, LOL!Patience has its limits. Take it too far, and it's cowardice.

PMS and drinking
I drank more when I had PMS. I really didn't notice this cycle until coming here and reading about someone else who did the same.
You will find there are a lot of women who drink more a few days before the onset of menstruation.
Once getting through the first couple of months of being AF, my PMS has subsided a lot too.

My Heart-
8 months AF with one slip at 7 months (stress). Topa helped the first months. Now I have no cravings around that time. But I still eat like a pig!
My hubby gets male PMS sometimes.:flower: Change a life; make someone feel important. ................. ........................ ..................... ........................ ................. ....... sigpic

PMS and drinking
I totally crave alcohol when i'm pmsing. I've just been through it, dying to go out for a drink etc., but somehow got through it without a drink. Now, i try to eat instead of drink. One day at a time.. Sometimes it's one minute or one second at a time.. Most important thing is to look ahead and don't look back!

Well I can say having just recently turned 47... and becoming more & more of an emotional psychopath every day... Yep, Yep, Yep!
I've had 2 PMS's this month, just ask my poor Hubby or anyone that's had the pleasure of working with me...
It aint purty!:upset:

PMS and drinking
Hey Jude! Too funny:H
I never get bitchy, moany, no crying, just myself. I only crave food. So my drinking in the past were due to PMS cravings. Now I learned to satisfy my cravings in a healthy way. I no longer crave alcohol during that time.:flower: Change a life; make someone feel important. ................. ........................ ..................... ........................ ................. ....... sigpic
