After a rather sore day yesterday after yoga and a workout, i am feeling okay today. Not too many body aches to complain of. It is raining outside, but sort of sunny and nice (i love those days), so i will head down to the gym today to do an hour of cardio, some crunches and some back exercises.
Anyway, have to go to work this afternoon and face this guy i had a big fight with 2 days ago. :damn: , but i am going to try to focus on the positives in my life and if he annoys me in any way, i am going to block him out.
