    Bye Bye for a bit- MAYBE but I hope so

    Now that we are both unemployed, as irresponsible since we have no jobs, we are going to take a couple of days and get the hell out of here (thanks Mastercard). We've been suffocating with his work schedule. I haven't seen my husband in nine months and we haven't been on a vacation since 2003 and I was almost due to give birth at that time, so not much of a trip. I was as big as a house and it sucked for the most part. I had good lobster though. The irony as that we stayed at the WHALERS INN and I was that big lol

    We want Sophie to see the ocean for the first time, after Labor day weekend when things are quiet and cheap unless Parenting mag calls me tomorrow. Then we wait a bit.

    I'll still have the laptop, unless I am "banned" from bringing it! I would not fight him given our deal right now. Love you all- :h
    Sunny days, sweeping the, clouds away. On my way, to where the air is sweeeet!!! Can you tell me how to get, how to get to......LOL

    I could go on about when one door closes another opens.... but I won't.

    Or will I? Anyway, in my life, I have found that when something really big, scary and unpredicted happens, it's scary, then after the dust settles, a whole new perspective can be gained and new opportunities present themselves.

      I hope you have a really good time camper. Change is always hard and it seems to be harder for drinkers. We seem to get set into a pattern and don't want to rock the boat. I am sure you will find something good come out of this.

        This is the best thing I've heard from you in ages. Sounds like just the thing to re-group and focus on what is going to happen next. Do so positive visualisation - of you both in your perfect jobs!

          This is a great idea and shows you still have your wits about you. Grab this chance now, it might be a long time before you can do it again. Look at the positives in this situation. And mostly, have a wonderful, relaxing time.

                        Try to put all thoughts of your worries out of your heads and just relax and enjoy Sophie`s first experience of the ocean........this is family time at its best.
                        You`ll come home feeling refreshed and empowered to overcome your work situation.
