Does anyone take effexor xr?

I took Effexor and it made me feel like I was in an old silent movie that "skips" as the pics play. I also couldn't have any alchohol with the drug at all or I would act very weird. Did anyone else ever have this happen?

I know none of us follow this rule or we wouldn't be on this board to begin with, but I think alcohol is a no-no with any anti-d.

Effexor made me crazy when I drank - and also made me want to drink more! I had to wean off of it. But everyone is different, so maybe it will be okay for you!
