Well.....I made it to 30 days AF

Strangely, I feel a bit flat about it. I suppose it's that 'now what?' feeling. Had a rather hard day, family-wise and feel worn out. So, I'm opting for an early night. Sorry I'm not posting a more positive, all-singing, all-dancing post.....perhaps I just need some sleep
