      Louise!! Big congratulations on achieving 1 yr AF. Hope you take a min to reflect on your past year - wow.
      I'm coming up right behind you - Oct 27th for me ( last drink was the 27th so that's right I think...)

      Thanks for posting here - I have gotten a lot from your insights as well.

                Oh bloody hell!!!! Thanks for that Betty.. You all have me in tears here, I have been on holiday for a week and if Betty hadn't bumped this post up I would have missed it.

                Stollies, you darling, fancy you still having that old post of mine.. I remember writing it for you because you were worried about drinking at the Christmas party you were going to at the time, and I must admit now, I was worried for you as well, but you came up trumps, good for you..

                A very big and heartfelt thanks to all of you out there, I have said it before and I'll say it again, there is no way I would have lasted for a year AF if it were not for this site, but, most importantly, if it wasn't for each and everyone of you out there, THANK YOU..
