Betty,

Just like I said in my "chat" with you (which you were ever so nice to do and God Bless you because that was such a bad day and I was so alone except for you), what a tough place to be. You want there to be a chance to "fix" Kerrie so she doesn't have any more seizures but what a scary thing to have to go through one more time!!

My prayers, my thoughts and my best wishes are with you and I hope you know that this "family" out here who is praying for Kerrie, your hubby and you will be heard by He who is there. This I promise.

Please let us know as soon as you can what the doctor says. We all care very much.

Thanks all, your kind comments mean a lot to us, had a call from the Neurosurgoens secretary today to say that she doen't have to be there with because they have all that they need from the MRI scan results. So luckily she doesn't have to be taken out of school for the day.

Steve & I both have the day off work so we are going together .....

Just saw this post now. Even hours after surgery Kerrie is beautiful!!!!
My niece was also born prematurely and had many seizures throughout childhood and into her early teens. She is now 23 and has not had a seizure in quite a while. I know how scary they can be and my heart goes out to you Betty, and to Kerrie.
My very best to you and your family on Friday. You are such a wonderful support to all here.
Please let us know what the results are.

Sorry I am just seeing this, my own little one has been sick for a few days. I am so sorry but feel hopeful. I am glad that she doesn't have to be there for the decision about what to do, sounds like she has been through the ringer. I hope they can finally get to the bottom of it. Does medication not help? I know people with epilepsy that control it with drugs. I must assume that hers is really severe? Good luck sweetie. I have a good feeling. :h

Sorry for those that have misunderstood, the 3 seizures where on the post I copied from a few weeks ago to update everyone, she has not had a bad one since then luckily ....

The doctors have tried several meds but they don't work unfortunately ....

Betty - thanks for clarifying that...I'm so glad they were a while back and that Kerrie's been feeling better than that and I pray for tomorrow (that right?) and the appointment.

She is a very beautiful young lady!
