Max, Max CALM DOWN, these two have neither the experience nor the skills to tackle this job.... go easy.... sit back and laugh at them, what goes round really does come around. Sounds like they have been 'fantasising' about running their own show (just like yours) and therefore it is a compliment to you. Yes being stabbed in the back/let down/crapped on is truly a horrible emotion, you must feel like kicking off big time - please DON'T. Stay strong and just watch and wait...PLEASE. Strength to you, let us know what happens, we are all with you.
LRather die standing, than live on my knees, begging Please..... No More.......

down here in victoria is very heavil regulated, I only need to make a few calls and there would be around $10 000 in fines for unlicenced work"From now on, walking is my beer and feeling good is my hangover" .....Homer Simpson

Maxman - good on ya!!! Down the drain where they belong... to anybody in this instance; they don't help!
It sounds like those two will stuff themselves up in the end - karma and all that, yes! - but you're not wrong to feel p'd. Bl***y people! And you shelled out money to help them...and, mostly, emotion...trust and stuff. That hurts...but, speaking as someone who knows coz I'm cr*p at it!, let it go... have your rant, pillow thump (good one that), chuck-a-cuchion at a (blank!) wall. (Mind the ornaments!) I hope your biz isn't mucked by them - hold your head up.
Glad you got the laptop charged up ...it's hell chasing words around with the screen about to go blank - expecially in the dark! I had to ! Mad typist!
Love to you

I am sure you are disappointed... but... One thing for sure. Business is Business. The less time you waste thinking about these losers and the more time you spend focusing on the positive the better. Just be sure to... Protect yourself. Protect your intellectual property, protect your contracts. Protect your future. Learn from this experience. And, go on with confidence!!!Sunny Out Looks are Contagious!

That was a terrible story. Thanks for coming to us first to tells us instead of... oh you know what.
I was also stabbed in the back by my colleagues once. It was especially hurtful because I had worked with them for years, always took extra work to cover for them during holidays, sickness, etc., yeh even helped nurse them through relationship, children problems... I guess you could say I am still dealing with it mentally, though otherwise I came out of it ok, maybe stronger, less naiive. You will get through this too, maybe better off in the end.
Good for you on the beers. Don't think I could have been so strong... well maybe now with my MWO friends, I would.
Keep coming here and let us know how you are doing.Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Max, Don't let the bastards get you down. The way they treated you is not the right way to do business, but it's the way they do business, so they will fail at business. What goes around, comes around. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off ,and get on with it. You will prevail.
Good Job on getting rid of the beer! The Beast jumps at an opportunity like this and you nailed him!
