I have been taking the topamax for one week, just starting my second, with the vitamins and listening to the tapes - well to be honest - just started the tapes. And honestly I could sit down tonight and drink a bottle of wine. Am I doing something wrong? Or am I just expecting things to happen too quickly?

The topamax works for some, not for others. How high of a dosage are you taking? Some people find they need to keep titrating up (slowly) until they hit the point where the cravings go away.
