Why do I keep doing this?

Keep a spare pill in your purse, wallet, glovebox, whatever so when you're out and about and you remember that you forgot you can take it. remember to Replenish your "back up" supply once you get home. This is what I do, I have ADD and depression......and of course the little alcohol problem
