Am OK to be at work today, but think the silly season is going to be a time to be AF for me - too many factors (medication, side effects, old issues etc) so I think i'm going to bite the bullet and stop for the season.
Now down to business:
if anyone knows of something really good to have for brekky the "day after" - that you can buy in a shop and is not INCREDIBLY fattening - please let me know asap as I feel like s..t
