Pulling myself together now........done with feeling sorry for myself.......I have so much for which to be thankful. It`s almost like when I don`t have many "real" worries, my subconscious will invent some and cause the anxiety to take over. Am one silly cow :H , and I think the time of year has been a contributory factor to my mood of late. Sorry for being a wet blanket. Let the fun begin!!! `Tis Christmas after all.

I read in a book about Buddhism that depression is a matter of attitude. (Which means I have a bad attitude, I guess!). I try to remember that, but it doesn't always help. Anyway, glad you got your attitude back.

Beatle, what caused this turnaround in me? Well, I decided that I could either wallow in the anxiety or get up off my backside and fight. Glad to say that I`m a fighter!!! Working on looking my best for Santa Claus now. :H
