Hi Beth, I did a quick search on your name.

The girl's name Beth b(e)-th is pronounced beth. It is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is "house". Short form of Elizabeth (Hebrew) "God's promise", Bethel and Bethany. Not used before the 19th century. Literary: Louisa May Alcott gave the name to the sweet, gentle and most beloved of the four daughters in "Little Women".

I like the idea of Beth but I think you might want to rethink using your first name. AS I remember, one member used her real name and then regretted it because I think she thought she could be identified by some relatives. So she had to change it.

It's just another piece of information made public. If you are comfortable with that, go for it. Otherwise maybe your dog's name? Terri?

What are your hobbies? Hobbies are good sources of names (for example, runner girl or athlete).

I think Nancy makes a good point. Your name might be toooo public. I really like Lucy as well.She was always my favorite peanuts character, and her having the 5cent pych booth was always a crack up for me. I think it is a good fit, but am willing to go with your name as well:H

I was named after my great-grandmother, Bertha, and so my family used to tease and call me "Big Bertha betty boop"!!! But, I just CANT use big Bertha, and we already have our betty boop.

Lucy is cute though...especially if I can find an avatar of the character.

Well, as I said, now I just have to figure out how to change it. I will PM RJ if I am totally stuck.
