I am really, really pissed off to see you back in the bad place Rocky, but pleased that you have recognised that this is a good place to be to seek support and encouragement! And you HAVE been missed! (Christ, I took a few weeks off and got lambasted!)

When I slack on the supplements, it is really noticeable in cravings and feeling bad.

However, the people here are invaluable and keep me on track.

Can't say which is more helpful... Both are part of the puzzle.
