usm, have tried campral, naltrexone not on either at the moment. didnt have much success with either. th naltrex worked for a while untill I had that first drink then it lost its effectiveness. at the moment on the mwo supps. kuzu and l glut work well. the main thing is that you really have to convince your self that you want to do it. untill that happens, no magic pill is going to help. this has taken a long time for me and yet the beast still prods and pokes me every now and then. check out some of my earlier posts if you need any more insight.

Damn! This is the first time I've EVER stayed indoors and am I glad I did. I've been hearing sirens all night! LOL!

I'm glad I had my two glasses of bubbly early in the evening and shot home before the madness started. I do NOT regret it!
