Congratulations to everyone who is staying AF! And hang in there and keep trying for those who have slipped.

Day 14 AF for me and I'm as happy as a pig in mud. The Campral and supps must be doing something because I have yet to have a nagging desire to have a drink. Tonight I even met a friend at the bar I did a lot of my drinking in and we went out for dinner, no desire to drink at all. I'm hoping and praying the lack of urges to drink continues.

Hi everyone. I'm happy to report 20 days and still AF in 2008, and I'm really excited that tomorrow will be 3 weeks. I'm really pleased with the Campral and supplements, they seem to be working very well for me because I rarely have anything like the cravings to drink that I used to go through on a daily basis.

Day 15 here! All but one day of '08 AF...did enjoy a Farewell Glass on New Year's Day, as we had not gone out on the Eve before. Feeling sublime and sleeping like a baby, 8 hours straight!

Aloha All! So glad your checking in and staying connected. Day 21 AF for me. I certainly don't feel like I'm "out of the woods". Still a little apprehensive about "trigger" situations but finding such wisdom, support, openness, and honesty here that I love coming here. I am learning that maybe I should open up a little bit more too. After all we are all in this life together.

I'm happy to report today is day 22 AF for me. I had an appointment with my doctor today and my blood pressure is normal for the first time in at least 3 years, and I've lost 12 lbs since last month! I really hope everyone is doing well, and if you slipped it's never, ever, ever too late to try again.
