So far so good. Managed to stay AF for 9 days now. This is the first day I woke up feeling good. "How strange, I forgot you could feel good without booze". I had no bad dreams last night, first good sleep since I put down the bottle. (hopefully withdraw is done). Now I anxiously await the arrival of my book, cd's, suppliments etc to help through the rest of the year. Haven't drank this year yet . ONE BIG WOOOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!:happy: Wishing everyone a SAFE,: HAPPY,SOLBER (as much as possible) NEW YEAR thanks: everyone for your support in 2007.
