I want to order tryptophan for my depression. I know you can get this on the web, but its expensive. Will a dr give this to me if I make an appointment and ask for it? Is it covered under most insurnaces?

Tryptophan is now legal over the counter again.

I got mine at GNC.

It really helps with melatonin to get me to sleep. I do dream more vividly, though.
