Ohhh Star...I just saw this thread. I am so sorry to hear of Alex's passing. I know how hard this is...to lose someone you love, who was not supposed to die so soon. As you may know, I lost my niece last summer at 21 years of age...I really, truly, understand the depth of sadness you feel. Please, let us take care of you now. We all love you so much, and want to be there to help you. I certainly do. I hope to see you here soon...In the meantime, know I am thinking of you, and the rest of your family who are hurting.

Thanks Star for letting us know about Alex' passing. Many of us would have been worried if you hadn't.

He is released from pain and suffering now and as you say - has gone to a better place. But it is not easy for those of us left behind.

It's certainly not easy watching our loved ones struggle with health problems at any time.
