      Hello there, it sounds to me that you could really use some fresh air and some good old exercise.... You will have up days as well as down days... I have found that excercise is amazing at balancing them out... Good luck ,,, you are doing so well

        What Satori said is right-on from my perspective.

        I thought I would never be happy again. I thought that was just the way life was. Boy was I wrong.

        Please even if you have slipped, get back on the boards and let us know how things are. We are here for you.
