Well.. not because of what I was able to do... I am 7 days AF today.

I came down with a horrible cold last week, and am just now starting to feel better.

But I plan to use this as the kick off...

Thank you all Very Much..for the huggs (always needed) encouragement, and understanding. Feeling much better today...may try to start back at the health club Monday with work outs...its been 3-4 months since I had been there...

That's wonderful, Rocky! It's amazing what our bodys do.. I believe sometimes they knock us down when we need it, don't you think?

Take those 7 day and run like hell! They can be the hardest, so take them and use them as a good base to your new healthy life.

AWESOME....for whatever reason you are 7 days AF, like LUV said, run with it....runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn....I have been attempting AF since January 1, and haven't accomplished that many days yet, so congratulations. I wish you all the best, and tons more hugs for whenever you need/want them,
