I need more spinach

Hi folks.
I've been away a while.
I just popped in to let those of you who might care that I'm doing OK.
I just had the most amazing four months of my life. I have been away to another country having my mid life crisis and it was fantastic. I can't go into detail and it's very complicated but I'm back in Scotland, on my own, trying to keep things together.
I'm doing OK on the drink front. I went 210 days AF until about two months ago when I started drinking....responsibily.
I missed this place while I was away. I was livins in a very remote area with no internet access at all. I'll be back soon to catch up with my old friends ans hopefully meet some new ones.
I love this place.

Glad to know you are fighting fit and doing well on the drinking front. We always wonder how people are when they disappear for a while. Sometimes it's a slip and sometimes they just don't need the site as much, and sometimes, like you, some change happens that we are unaware of.
