    A bit scared....

    I filed for independent insurance today, for myself and my daughter. It was really scary. It means I am moving on, I think? I put the date as of April 1st, as I know we won't finalize anything before then. My husband has held this very valuable commodity for the past six years. I just hope I don't get turned down as I have has some health problems over the past four years - stress?? Now I am begining to wonder. If I do I don't know what I will do! Anyway, I could use a few prayers right now.. this is so important for my independence, knowing I can take care of myself and my daughter. I need this peace of mind...

    I trust everything will work out! It will, it will, it will....

    We had indep health insur for years. You just need to watch the pre-exisiting conditions as they reserve the right to not cover it for a year. But you can look into AFLAC to cover what they won't in the meantime.

    April Fools Day is always a good day to start something new!

      MM- It totally will work out. I find it hard sometimes, but I believe everything works out the way they are supposed to. It's not that I do not believe in free-will, but I think that God, Mother Earth or whomever is watching over us, makes sure that we get what we need. We might not get what we want, but that is a whole other story.
