      Fick!

      Max.. that is why I call myself Fickle!! This is bloody hard.. but it's worth it when you make it.. because those AF days are THE BEST DAYS!! All the other days are just bleary wasted crap. I know this myself.. yet can I actually practice what I preach? I just bloody well have to somehow.
      What is the 'need a beer' thing? For me I think it is largely sugar related.. but the longer it goes on the worse it gets.. sugar/alchol affects hormones, moods, sleep, energy.. leading to lack of exercise and feeling depressed.. leading to lack of motivation, fear and bad health issues.. ie: BIG DEEP HOLE :upset: :bigcry: :upset:
      For me, each time I slip it seems to get worse/harder. Please don't go that way.. take the advice.. make a list and be 'checkin it twice'!!
