This came up on my Daily Om... No Going Back. It made me think of all the down days I've had, slip ups, and just plain hard times in a new, more positive light---one that brings hope, not pain, promise not recrimination.

I live by the motto "No Going Back". I have been AF close to 7 months now. I shutter at the though of what one drink will do to me. When I think of all the negatives, I say to myself, "I'm not going back there"!
