Hang in there Cindi-it'll pass. My last slip last year caused me to have shakes that I couldn't write or hold anything straight. It lasted for 3 days. That never happened to me that long before. I usually felt like crap for a day but last time it lasted 3 days. Scared me back on the straight road again. I didn't even drink that much. Goes to show you that even with many months AF one drink will bring you right back to the same path.

Take some magnesium-it helps with muscle & nerve damage that alcohol does to the heart & nerves. Drink plenty of water to flush things out and try to get plenty of rest.:l

I've over done it big time in the past and had shakes Cindi. Drink lots of water and vitamins maybe? Are you doing the supplements with the MWO program? I'm sure those will help as well.

i have been off boards for a while, why would you have the shakes cindi, you are af right? i mean since you got kicked off the plane that was the last time you were ever going to drink if i remember... so if you are now getting the shakes and i think that was like a month ago, you had better go and see the doctor. hummmmm.
