I'm with ya!! 30 days AF and I'm not about to blow it because the calender says "it's the weekend" woohoo!! - no thanks! I'm too scared to think about moderation which was my original goal once I hit today. Did a lot of soul searching today and decided I feel to good to screw it up!

I have been AF for many months and still love waking up each morning knowing a hang over will not dictate my day!
I'm definately looking forward to yet another AF Saturday tomorrow-I'm picking up our newly adopted rescued dog tomorrow morning! He's coming to us from 800 miles away. Call me Crabby Patty tonight.
Yet so far, I'm staying AF. I opened up an Inglewood AF Chardonnay, nice and crisp and cold.... and crappy. It was almost like communion wine that was leftover from Christmas Mass, after everyone dipped their host in it!
I thought I could "fix it" by adding a little cranberry juice into it,and it was almost acceptable to drink with dinner.... but then my 12 year old plopped a piece of chicken into my glass :bang....
(I suppose if I was thinking of Thanksgiving dinner, it could have been a turkey with cranberry float)?
Threw the crap out and now I'm drinking cranberry juice: STRAIGHT UP, MAN!!!!
I wish this flipping' craving would go away. :crazymonkey: Saturday morning, here I come!

I've been having bouts with cravins too, but f*k that I want my 30 days! After that I'm laying a course for an AF summer!! We can do this!!
BTW I find sometimes when the cravings get kinda bad a shot of coke (right outta the bottle, like a real man) helps stave them off. I've always been a fan of Jack & Cokes...funny though how they taste way better without the Jack...Comment

Great. I've got the TV on and I'm watching Garth do a firefighter fundraiser concert. He just started to sing about friend in low places..... where the whiskey drowns and the beer chases the blues away! :band2:
I thought this was a family guy????

Personally I'm waiting for some freinds to get on xbox live so we can play Halo. My favorite passtime used to be playing Halo and drinking beer, I haven't played since I been AF, this will be strange. I may be better now though, my aim should improve when I'm not seeing double :HComment
