    Hi friends
    just wanted to let everyone know that I am going on vacation. i will be spending 3 weeks on San Andres Islas.the island I grew up on. I will have no internet access. so just wanted to let everyone know. I will miss my daily visit to MWO. Hoping to stay strong as I know that coming here everyday is what keeps me from falling down again.

    I will be strong.

I hope there will be no cell phone either ? sounda ridiculous, I know, but time with yourself with your healing thoughts are a best thing you can give yourself! Come back rested.                             I know it was a bad joke to not add "on vacation" but being the new yorker that I am I always causing some sort of drama

                            thanks to all for the sweet good bye will return soon with lots of sober stories.
