Keeta, I'm so sorry, you must be going out of your mind with worry. On a positive note my two went missing for two days, well from Friday tea time until Sunday evening... turns out they had gone for a nosey into a neighbours house, settled themselves and the guy had gone off to his girlfriends for the weekend not knowing they were there!!! I don't know whether I was more relieved or mortified as they had no way to get out - ahem... but of course I kissed the faces off them both and offered to 'clean up'..... Just trying to cheer you up a little bit.

I am so sorry to hear that you've not seen or heard from the three muskateers. I have had cats walk out on me too...(LOL) and never know what ever happened to them. You always wonder, and you always love them and dream of them crouched at your front door waiting to be let in when you wake up. But time does heal, and as others have said, cats have a curious mind and often leave for days and weeks only to return. But in the meantime, let yourself cry and try not to stuff your emotions. I am glad you started this thread. I hope your daughter's pajama party was lots of fun and brought some smiles to your face.

Keeta, I'm so sorry to hear about your missing kitties. I hope you find them soon. I once found one after about a week when I put up "reward" signs offering money if he was returned. I hope someone has them and just doesn't know where they belong.

I'm checking in and am so sad to read that they haven't been found yet... Could they have moved into a neighbours? Maybe make some posters to put up? Gosh I hope that they are OK... I'm so sorry to hear your anguish.

Morning all.
Still nothing.
I keep a small glimmer of hope that they will come home...but I have to admit I am letting myself think the worst.

I have posters up...the kids have gone door to door...we have no "cat shelter" so I know they weren't picked up.

I now emotionally sway between deep sadness and anger.

I keep praying I will get to be one of those miracle pet stories.

Thank you all for all your thoughts and prayers. It helps so much.

My heart is going out to you. I love my kitties and my dog and would be devastated if they disappeared.

My brother had a cat that disappeared for months and then showed back up one day.

Perhaps someone took them in thinking they were strays? Do they have collars on?

When I was growing up, we had a cat named Wiggles. She was a typical tabby, with gigantic green eyes. All of her life, she was a normal sized kitty, but as she got older, she got smaller and smaller. Normally, she would come home at night, but over time, she started to stay out overnight, too.

Wiggles was always an indoor/outdoor cat, and when I came home one fall, my mom feared that someone stole her~ or worse yet, that she had died (Wiggles was 17).... I roamed the neighborhood and started knocking on doors. My mom had mentioned that she would see Wiggles sitting on a neighbor's driveway, so I knocked on their door. I asked them if they had seen my mom's cat, and I described her~ mentioning that my mom often spotted Wiggles on their driveway. "Oh, you mean Tabby? That's our kitten! She's a stray that kind of adopted us, and since it's getting colder, we let her stay inside over night!"....

I hope this story cheers you up. Cats are very manipulative, and hopefully, your cats have found a home-away-from-home, too. :l

I know how you feel. Once when my Zoe was little she disappeared for three days. I remember those horrible three days. I went to work but was crying the whole time and couldn't concentrate or do anything at all. Then one day she magically came home. I still don't have any idea where she was - she has always been such a stay at home gal. Cats are strange creatures. Here's hoping your story has a happy Zoe type ending also.
