Day 31 and Beyond: Hello, I'm a non-drinker
Hey, Kids!
Had a really weird moody morning. Very strange mood. Couldn't figure it out. Haven't had coffee in about 5-6 days and decided to go out a grab me an extra large. So of course, I ended up with a bunch of energy and got some yardwork done. Felt good, except for the fact that the caffiene (as it does) triggers my want for beer. Drank 3 non-al beers (no biggie) but I always have to wonder if I would have wanted them if I didn't give into the coffee urge. Either way, I ended up feeling better after the coffee, but I still feel guilty if I have too many AF beers. Can't get over the fact that it is ok to have them, you know? Weird, weird mood today. Anyway....
WW ~ glad you are feeling better. Now don't push yourself, or the punishment will be severe! ESC or else! :b&d:
MM ~ ok, hun. You can put Lenny K on the backburner, but if anyone wants to hook you up w/ a Derek Jeter look-a-like, can you send him my way? :blush: And your darling little princess sounds so precious! It's so hard not to laugh when they are trying to be so serious. What a cute story to remind her of when she is older. lol
Believe ~ Isreali/Korean gas masks? Romanin AK47s? Robot Chickens? I think you need a timeout! I would love to peek inside that brain of yours! LOL....or would I....naw...I think it might cause me to have nightmares! And thank goodness your xbox started working again! You had me very worried about your mental well being! Whew! Crisis avoided!
Sorry, wasn't aware that you sent me an e-mail (was expecting a PM). I have a tendancy to not check e-mail when I'm not at home. Have no idea why. I'll get back to you. Remember though, I can not send you those recipes until I get some time back at home. One of them is on my pc. I'll try to do it this weekend, but I won't be home much. I'm not even sure I'll be logged on for the chat party Sunday. I'm gonna try.
Try to enjoy your time at work. And no splashing around in the beer! Maybe you should wear the shower curtain to work instead.

So sorry you are not feeling well. Did you get jealous because the rest of us have been sick? Figured it was your turn did you? ESC, dear.
Livy ~ darling, never feel stupid or embarrassed that you are ordering a non-al drink when hubby isn't. It's not like we have flashing neon lights on our heads that say "Can't drink - recovering alkie here". We look like the responsible designated drivers to the rest of the world! Not that I give a crap what other people think anyway, but hey, that's me. And feeling sorry for ones self is not "stooping low". You are allowed sometimes, sweetie. As long as you keep that ability to pick yourself up and dust yourself off, it's all good. I'm so glad that your vacation turned out to be great for you.
And now, seeing how you assumed that Believe and I were up to no good:teeter: you should know a few things! Technically, we did have MM's permission to chat alone because she left us to go get food. And btw, Miss Chat Police, we were chaperoned by another member (name withheld to protect the innocent)! So there!! And, just so you know, our darling Believe was a perfect gentleman. Just don't ask me how I behaved....hehe.
BCB ~ glad you are feeling better. Had a feeling when you said you were taking Nyquil, you were not going to make it to chat the other day. I can never keep my eyes open when I take that stuff.
Noelle ~ I see you will be chillin with your Penguins tonight. Do you plan on behaving Sunday or are we going to have separate chat times for you and WW?

I have some Romie accessories though, I guess those are ok. Lol and I'm telling ya Robot Chicken is a legit show! Not sure what channel its on, but its out there. Sometimes I just bust out laughing thinking abot that Star Wars episode, people must think I'm a whack job. The part about Walrus Man is outta control. Lol that and the Admiral Akbar cereal commercial. lol lol. And hey, Jar Jar gets killed (kinda)...what true Star Wars fan dosen't want Jar Jar dead? C'mon.. Anyway hope you can make it Sunday.
