Not a good day

It went...OK. The dinner turned out real good, but yours truely has a problem knowing when to keep his mouth shut. I started talking about how depressed I had been during hte day; it was not the kind of discussion to have on Valentines Day. So the ending was not up to my expectations. But today has been much better. I will be better..at a lot of things. I need to lighten up on myself, take each day as it comes, and remember that I do have value as a person.

You know what, BHOG?....you are in the early days of sobriety and your Beast could give a rat's ass about Valentines Day.... don't beat yourself up over this.

Your wife has been with you for a long time. She sees the big picture and the rewards of you remaining AF.....
