I just read an article on this. The belief is to BEAT the alcoholic out of you. You sit through a session and get 300 lashes on your buttocks once a week. This is so bizzare.

I don't believe this craziness...can you imagine. Why would anyone think that works? when sobbering up, I have had tons of bruises..I beat myself up all the time and it hasn't beat the beast out of me...LOL

This topic came up somewhere around here about four or five months ago.... I too found it hysterical. But who knows? 300 lashes is quite a lot..... I think it would probably work if you had to choose between alcohol or that! :H
