There are far too many to mention at MWO whom I`d love to meet, including yourself of course, Kate.

I was sitting here looking outside at another 12 inches of snow that fell last night. it makes me just sit, and usually read.. I can't go anywhere.. I have to wait until I am dug out by my friendly ACME snow removal men..

Anyway, to get to the relevance.. I have a book on my coffee table and i thought I would post it into this thread. I leave it there because I love to pick it up and read it now and again..

It is called "The Dead Guy Interviews" - Conversations with 45 of the Most Accomplished, Notorious, and Deceased Personalities in History. It is really amusing... The writer gives you a brief Bio on the personality then goes into this bizzare inpromptu interview/chat with the deceased, i.e., Van Gogh, Thomas Jefferson, Confucious, Genghis Khan.. Very entertaining!

A little over a week ago, I had the opportunity to share a day in NYC with none other than our own Wonderworld!!! Wow! What a truly remarkable woman she is! Then to top of the day.......Mags joined us for dinner! Mags, truly a woman of substance!! I will treasure that day.......for a long time to come.

There are so many people right here that I would love to meet.....I will begin the list....

totally agree with you. I have met mags as well. and like I said before, the NYC meeting in the fall that I went last fall was very memorable.
I would love to meet more people in person from this site.

I gave a book called "Best friends" to one of my best friends for a b-day present. It is a wonderful book that is a siries of little short one or two pagers about why the author of that page loved the person to whom they refer. God I miss my friends that AL stole from me. I am going to have to fess up t them because they feed me drinks. Shoot I still feed myself drinks but at least I'm not driving but I'm alone with my loving hall monitor. This is like a prison. Well that was uplifting huh?
